This is my great-great-great-grandmother Eliza Jane Maddox born in 1828 in Indiana. She first married David Patterson, who was from Ireland. They had three children, including my great-great-grandmother, Margaret Jane Patterson McGilvry. After David died sometime before 1860, she remarried a Scotsman, James Boyes in 1868 and had four more children. She died in 1905. |
